While mostly a DC videographer I occasionally travel which can be tricky when ensuring all my gear gets where I’m going. When you capture cute stories like these, all the extra work is worth it. I filmed and edited these.

Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream

I help lead a team of four videographers to document every step of the four-year construction process. Documenting it was extremely difficult because the walls we attached cameras to were often torn down by the next time we entered the building. I edited videos monthly to show the progress of the building and managed the 80 terabytes of footage we collected.

Sometimes you aren’t filming beautiful vistas and only have a single filming day. That’s fine by me! This shows what I can film and edit when given the opportunity to help an org with their story.

For years I’d hole up in an office and work on editing the Culture of Health winner videos as well as videos for the MacArthur Foundation. I would miss filming but it was always wonderful to weave together all these parts of a community into videos.
